We aim to please

01. When will my package be delivered?

Standard delivery is 3-4 business days, from when order is confirmed.

02. How do I order?

Add your favourite items to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions to complete account details. Choose your preferred method of shipping. Make payment. And Voila! We will send a confirmation email, upon receipt of payment, and inform you that your order is being processed and state estimated delivery period.

03. What are the shipping costs?

We charge a standard flat rate of R110 for South African packages.
Custom quotes for shipping will be sent to other African clients.
For purchases over R1200, shipping costs for South African packages are free.

04. Do you have subscription services to products that I would like to purchase on a monthly basis?

Yes, we do have a subscription service, that allows monthly delivery of your favourite products. We recommend that you order you body care, product care and lubricants on a monthly basis to ensure that you don't run out of these necessities when you most need it.

05. Can I order by phone?

Any orders can be done via our website, or you can visit our physical store in Melvile on 7th Street.

06. I would like to lodge a complaint, how do I do this?

We take customer care seriously - your love is in our best interest. For any complaints, please email care@thando.africa, and we will ensure that your concern is accommodated.

07. I'm not sure which product is best suited for me?

At Thando, we take pride in building strong love relationships. We have a usage description under each product to ensure that you are able to choose a product best suited for you, Additionally, from our educational blog posts, educational videos, and educational and fun events, you can gauge which product will become your best friend (or you and your lover's best friend).
